He gave us a full demo of the car and discussed features during the test drive. Traveled to Derby from Manchester to look at a few vehicles on my shortlist. I contacted Paul in advance and nothing seemed to be to much trouble my test drive was in-depth and the information provided about the vehicle a BMW 530 tourer, was very detailed. This vehicle was the final one on my list there was no pressure from Paul and left to consider my options and pro and cons of all vehicles I had inspected. They were all of similar spec and quality but I felt that the sway of my decision was the level of service I received and attention to detail provided was excellent. I returned by train to collect the car and Paul collected me from the station. The car was presented better than a new one looks lovely parked on my drive and it run like a dream. Highly recommended and trust worthy
I bought a used Audi from Paul in May/June 2023. He was a pleasure to deal with at the time and even went as far as delivering the vehicle to Norfolk FOC as we hadn't been able to make a weekend collection work. The car was immaculate, prepared very well and exactly as described. The whole buying experience was a hassle free pleasure. Sadly after a few weeks a warning light started to appear intermittently. Despite it being a relatively minor issue it required main dealer work and a bill in excess of £2k. Paul handled the whole thing in an exemplary manner. He was engaged throughout and even went as far as paying the main dealer direct and seeking warranty recompense himself. Paul genuinely went above and beyond to sort the issue, he did everything he said he would and took all of the hassle out of the situation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul and Carsource360 to others and I will definitely call Paul next time I'm in the market for a used car.

Wow. What can I say? The very best car dealer iv done business with in 40 years of buying cars. Total commitment to customer service without any pressure to buy . Great quality stock and if an issue arises after the sale its sorted immediately and without fuss. If god spares me then this is the only second hand car dealer in the country I will buy future cars from. They are that good! Read the other reviews online and you will see what I mean. Paul was great, start to finish open and honest, a really relaxed experience. Having looked at 3 other cars at other dealers, one at a main dealer that didn't even have a panel gap on the front bumper to bonnet and being told the car was an approved used car so it was absolutely fine, the quality of Paul's vehicle spoke for itself, I'm convinced I could not of found a straighter better condition car elsewhere.
